Breakfast, Breakfast, Breakfast, what to have for it can be really challenging: -

Are you also one of those people who are tired of having the same food every day in the form of breakfast? Do you also  feel of not even getting up and sleeping till the afternoon to have to skip the boring 'breakfast'?

Then, this blog will definitely help you out by providing you with some really delicious and healthy breakfast options. Everybody needs a change in their lives, be it in the form of a vacation, few days off work, going trekking or doing some other activity. For foodies like you and me, this change comes in the form of 'change in the breakfast' (I get it, pretzel or bagel and coffee can get really monotonous).

To get your brain to function back properly as it used to do when you had something interesting every morning you need changes in your lifestyle (Don't worry, I won't get to getting up early or going to the gym, but rather change what you eat!) Sounds pretty easy and amazing, right?

So let's get straight  into it : -

1. Oats: -

Although I know, that this may not sound as appetizing as a breakfast burger would sound, but bear with me as this can prove to be really healthy in the mornings (and the positive point about it is that you can eat whatever you want if you start your day on a healthy point - Wink!).
Filled with nutrients like Fiber, Omega-3, Protein etc, it is a perfect way to start your day.

Cook your oats in milk and add a few nuts like raisins, chopped almonds, a few berries here and there to give it a taste boost. Or if you are a daredevil, you can also eat it uncooked as many of us do (although I do not recommend this). Other things that you can take with milk that also count as healthy breakfast options are cornflakes, muesli, cereals etc.
If this is the most common breakfast that you have come across on every website...Hold on..we have something special for you.

2. An egg burger

Disclaimer: The burger that I'm going to explain may not look as appetizing as the one in the pic, but hey, at least it is a healthy breakfast option.

No, I am not talking about the burger from a food joint, instead, I encourage you to make your burger yourself. It will be super healthy, super clean and you'll know what's all in there, unlike the joints.
Eggs are a high source of protein and other super essential nutrients that will help you to get going through the day. So having it as a start will definitely get you through. You can also eat the eggs soft boiled to hard boiled as you like, I personally prefer soft-boiled egg.
Grab a bun (some with multigrain bread will be an added advantage), put in your veggies like lettuce, tomato, cucumber (if you like), a few olives etc. and place your soft boiled egg (or the sunny side up egg) on the top of the veggies.

It may be a little messy to eat, but this will get you a perfect blend of vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein that will make you a hulk (don't get too hyped Mr/ Ms Avenger, it's just a personification-huh).

3. Pancakes

Yes, I know that you are shocked to see this point on the list, but this is a really healthy breakfast option (given that you make it with the ingredients I tell you).
A normal pancake contains approximately 250 calories and 15 grams of fat (all your week's gym goes to waste). But this special type of pancake does not contain even a third.

Banana and oatmeal pancakes, now if before you make faces, first read what I am trying to say. Banana is a rich source of potassium, fibre and vitamins and contains only 89 calories. Mixed with oatmeal, this can be converted to a super delicious yet healthy breakfast option which will give you energy as well as strength for the day's mission.

And yes, now the hard part, try not to indulge your pancake with the super sweetened syrup that you pour on the top of it or all of this will go in vain (vain=fat).

4. Smoothie

Yes, finally an option for our hurry-headed friends who are always late and always in a rush to get somewhere and do not have time to have a proper breakfast, Don't worry now, a smoothie will do just perfectly.

Get yourself your favourite fruit, add a bit of milk and a special ingredient to it i.e. oats. Yup, as many of us refrain from eating oats, this is the best method that you can try to get them into your system. Get all the three into a blender and set the wild horse free(not really). Thick smooth "smoothie" that will be the result, will not only be tasty but will be hell-a filling as well.

PS: Tip for bodybuilders or any person looking to get bulk. Mix a scoop or two of your favourite protein powder flavour and oats to get a delicious smoothie which would be rich in protein as well as high on fibre because of the oats, both are very essential to get you to bulk.
